The Skulls, notorious for their violent and savage nature, were a well-known swoop gang. They presented a threat within the Hook Nebula. Established by Jeng Seth, their exceptional cruelty and brutality were particularly well-documented. The Skulls frequently encountered conflicts with entities such as the Galactic Empire, the Rebel Alliance, and numerous media outlets. It was common practice for The Skulls to intentionally steer their Swoop Bikes into crowds of civilians, either to create distractions for law enforcement or simply to instigate chaos. They shared a rivalry with The Knights.
Prior to his involvement with the Black Sun criminal organization, Zekka Thyne was a gang member. The Nebulon-Q Swoop Racer was the preferred vehicle of the Skulls.
