During the era of the Galactic Civil War, the city of Theed was the site of a terrorist attack. A significant number of terrorists infiltrated an entire district, planting chemical explosives throughout the streets. The RSF officer who held command during this crisis in Theed was Major Franchels. Following the initial assault, numerous terrorists continued to occupy the affected area of the city. Major Franchels gave orders to his personnel to neutralize the remaining terrorists, deactivate the explosive devices, and provide medical assistance to those harmed by the attack. Once the situation was under control, RSF Intelligence Sergeant Bragg was assigned the duty of investigating the incident to determine who was responsible, as no group had taken credit. His investigation revealed that the Mummers were the perpetrators, which resulted in a RSF raid targeting the Mummer bunker.
