The Tel Minor system, frequently referred to as the Tel system or colloquially as "The Green System", represented a star system situated inside the Brak sector of the Expansion Region. This system was a planetary nebula encompassing a total of four planets along with the white dwarf star known as Tel.
The third planet within the system, Tel III, held the highly classified sector headquarters for the Rebel Alliance, known as Oracle Base.
Jason Fry verified that the creation of the Tel Minor system was done to reconcile variations found among different source materials, specifically concerning the planet Tel IV.
