Tayriiwook represented a Wookiee settlement located on the planet Alaris Prime.
Alongside four other Wookiee settlements, Tayriiwook, in conjunction with the forces of the Republic, played a role in obstructing Sev'rance Tann and the Confederacy of Independent Systems from gaining control of the activation codes for the Decimator. In the end, the Wookiee settlements, along with the stationed Republic forces, were destroyed, resulting in the CIS obtaining the codes. This conflict, which occurred during the Clone Wars, is known as the battle of Alaris Prime.
