Tallaga, situated on the planet Sucharme, stood as a prominent city. Before the events of the Battle of Naboo, it housed a Trade Federation garrison known as Tallaga Garrison.
Due to the planetary government's failure to settle a debt, the Trade Federation initiated an invasion of Sucharme after closing the Tallaga garrison. Nevertheless, a number of officers and soldiers, including Major Veril Acamma, managed to flee before the lockdown. These individuals then assisted the armed forces in launching a counterattack against the invading forces, ultimately compelling the Trade Federation to cease its invasion.
