The Study Circle existed on the world of Kegan, which is classified as a planet. The many circles present on Kegan created a connected loop circling the Gathering Circle, situated in the middle of the city. On one of its sides, the Study Circle was linked with the Communication Circle, while the Garden Circle was linked on its opposite side.
