Si Treemba, a miner of Arconan descent, was among the first to forge a friendship with Obi-Wan Kenobi during their voyage to Bandomeer aboard the vessel called the Monument. He was employed by Clat'Ha within the Arcona Mineral Harvest Corporation, alongside numerous Humans and fellow Arconans.
During the voyage on the Monument en route to Bandomeer, Si Treemba learned of the conflict between the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Grelb, the Hutt. Discovering the young Kenobi distressed in his quarters due to being provoked, the Arcona, impressed by his courage, initiated a friendship. Soon after, upon discovering the theft of essential supplies, he accompanied Kenobi in the search for the missing components. Treemba was then abducted by the Hutt's henchmen, but Kenobi swiftly rescued him.
Subsequently, he faced a dilemma: whether to align with the Offworld Mining Corporation to secure the necessary dactyl. However, his bond with Obi-Wan motivated him to decline the offer and stand by his friend, inspiring his fellow Arcona miners to emulate his choice. Shortly thereafter, the Monument fell victim to an attack by pirates, resulting in a forced crash-landing on an uncharted planet.
Ultimately, they escaped the planet and reached Bandomeer, where Si Treemba received the assignment from Clat'Ha to survey various facilities across the planet. Despite the close ties among other Arconans, he operated independently, a trait cultivated through his friendship with Obi-Wan. Later, when Obi-Wan was captured by Offworld forces, Si Treemba furnished Qui-Gon Jinn with vital information that aided Qui-Gon in locating his whereabouts.
