The Shattered Basin, accessible through a subterranean passage, represented a depression located at the periphery of the Southern Jundland Wastes. Along the Basin's eastern boundary, the Sevarin Mesa rose, its edge populated by wind turbines. Within the confines of the Basin lay Joroshe's Spirit Cave, a site of spiritual importance to the Tusken Raider culture.
