Seossra Thwisp


Seossra Thwisp was a female spy of the Caphex species, serving the cause of the Resistance. Her duties involved monitoring the First Order's movements along the border regions. Following the devastating Hosnian Cataclysm, Thwisp was summoned back to the Resistance and took on the role of an intelligence analyst.

She rejoined the front lines, participating in the Battle of Exegol alongside her fellow Resistance fighters. With the forces of the Sith Eternal defeated, Thwisp journeyed back to the moon of Ajan Kloss to celebrate their hard-fought victory.

Biography

Hailing from [Caphexdis](/article/caphexdis], Seossra Thwisp was a Caphex who worked as a spy for the Resistance amidst the Cold War tensions with the First Order, diligently observing First Order activities near the borderlands. As the war escalated after the Hosnian Cataclysm in 34 ABY, Thwisp was reassigned from espionage to intelligence analysis, where she shared her extensive knowledge of the First Order.

In 35 ABY, Thwisp found herself stationed at the Resistance base located on the jungle moon of Ajan Kloss. She attended a meeting at the base following the death of Resistance leader General Leia Organa, where the new commander, General Poe Dameron, outlined the plan to attack the Sith Eternal forces stationed on the Unknown Regions planet Exegol. Thwisp then went back to the battlefield as a member of the Resistance force sent to Exegol, where the Resistance was ultimately victorious after a large fleet of allies arrived to reinforce them. After the conflict, Thwisp celebrated with her comrades on Ajan Kloss. During the celebration she stood talking with a human and then began cheering as the Wookiee Chewbacca and the pirate Maz Kanata reunited.

Seossra Thwisp possessed fair skin, gray hair, and dark eyes.

Seossra Thwisp was equipped with a camouflage parka, a brown belt, and a classic DH-17 blaster rifle.

Wizard 71 by Luke Fisher

Seossra Thwisp made her debut in the 2019 sequel trilogy movie, Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker. Her identity was revealed in the companion reference book Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary, penned by Pablo Hidalgo. Luke Fisher, a creature concept artist and senior sculptor, created concept art of Thwisp titled "Wizard 71". The artwork depicted several Caphex, all more squat and hunchbacked than Thwisp's final appearance in the film.
