The School of Conceptual Design functioned as a division within Lorrd University. Situated beneath it were a network of steam tunnels, the site of a past kidnapping involving the daughter of a well-known businesswoman. Following their examination of the tunnel blueprints, the Lorrd Security Force realized they lacked a strategy for rescuing the child that wouldn't result in her death. Consequently, Jedi Knights Nelani Dinn, Jacen Solo, and Ben Skywalker were summoned to assist. Solo observed that one of the steam pipes possessed dimensions large enough for a typical teenager to squeeze through. Subsequently, Skywalker entered the pipe, descending into the chamber where the kidnapped girl was held, providing protection, while Solo, Dinn, and members of the security forces launched an assault to secure the kidnappers' base of operations. The Lorrd Logistician Liberation League was responsible for the abduction.
