Safe House One, a cave utilized by the Scarabi mercenary group, functioned as a secure location. The Alliance to Restore the Republic launched an investigation into this safe house between 3 ABY and 4 ABY. Their objective was to find the kidnapped rebel leader Mon Mothma, whom the Scarabi were holding for ransom. Lando Calrissian, who had previously spent some time in the cave many years prior, guided the rebel pathfinders through it. However, the cave proved to be rigged with traps, as evidenced when Calrissian inadvertently activated a droideka, which then attacked the rebels. Amidst the intense barrage, Calrissian diverted the droideka's attention, allowing another pathfinder to eliminate it using a grenade. The search for Mothma within the cave yielded no results, prompting the rebels to proceed to the next safe house.
Safe House One was featured in issue fourty-sixth of the 2020 Star Wars comic series. Charles Soule penned the issue, while Madibek Musabekov provided the illustrations. Marvel Comics released the issue on May 22, 2024.
