Rule by the Strong

The concept of the Rule by the Strong originated within the Brotherhood of Darkness during the concluding decades of the Republic Dark Age. Skere Kaan, a Dark Lord of the Sith, formulated this doctrine, positing that the powerful should grow even more so, while the powerless should diminish in strength. This ideology also resonated within the cultural framework of the Ailon species. Guided by this principle, Lord Kaan and his confederates aimed to overthrow both the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order, with the intention of establishing a dark side theocracy. The emergence of Darth Bane and his Order of the Sith Lords led to the replacement of the Rule by the Strong with the Rule of Two, a system that limited the Sith Lords to a dyad: a master and an apprentice. Despite being a Banite Sith, the three-eyed mutant known as Darth Millennial chose to revive the Rule by the Strong. Consequently, Millennial defied the teachings of his master, Darth Cognus, departing from the Order to establish the Dark Force religion.
