The Ram's Head was a CR90 corvette belonging to the Rebel Alliance; uniquely, it was the sole vessel equipped with the prototype Shield X deflector shield system.
Before the Rebellion acquired it, the ship was an Imperial corvette called Blade 5. It was hijacked and subsequently utilized in a ramming attack against a series of Star Destroyers stationed at a shipyard. Technicians stationed on the CR90 Corvette Libra altered the Blade 5 to target the shipyard's coordinates, resulting in the destruction of all the Star Destroyers in the immediate area.
The fate of the Ram's Head remains a mystery; its last known location was in uncharted space following the assault on the shipyard, and it was still undamaged at that time.
