Radicaz Dobbs, a human male from the planet [Eriadu], was a treasure hunter and smuggler active during the High Republic Era; his close acquaintances knew him as "Sunshine". Operating from his pleasure yacht, the Scupper, Dobbs focused his efforts on acquiring Force artifacts. In 382 BBY, Elecia Zeveron, who headed the Path of the Open Hand cult, contacted Dobbs; she wanted him to find these artifacts to further her agenda of "liberating" the Force.
