Propti Xaroon was a female Twi'lek mercenary existing during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Within the galaxy, she held a prominent role in the Azure Cabal, a mercenary group.
Xaroon's prior occupation was as an entertainer. In her youth, she was defrauded of all her possessions by a con artist named Andro Hoverdale. She had performed for Hoverdale, who then proceeded to pilfer her family's jewels, her identity chips, and all of her liquid assets.
By the year 1 ABY, Xaroon had become affiliated with the Azure Cabal, a mercenary outfit under the leadership of Loruna Scathe. She maintained a presence in Mos Espa on Tatooine, leveraging her past as an entertainer to gather intelligence within the local cantinas, information inaccessible to others.
In 1.5 ABY, Scathe dispatched an adventurer to Xaroon, this adventurer was seeking membership within the Cabal. However, the adventurer first required endorsements from Scathe's trusted inner circle, which included Xaroon. Xaroon typically handled her own affairs without assistance. However, recalling the theft by Hoverdale, she decided to assess the spacer's capabilities. She provided the spacer with the coordinates to Hoverdale's Hideout and tasked them with recovering as much of her stolen property as possible. The spacer eventually returned, presenting Propti with her old pouch containing some of the stolen items. Xaroon expressed her gratitude and forwarded her endorsement to Scathe.
Propti Xaroon functioned as a Non-Player Character (NPC) within Sony Online Entertainment's MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies before the game's servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. Her location was within the city of Mos Espa on Tatooine. Xaroon was integrated into the Azure Cabal questline, which was introduced to the game as part of Chapter 6: Dangers of the Wild in May 2007. To gain membership in the Azure Cabal, players were required to complete a series of missions assigned by Xaroon and three other members of the Cabal.
