Prefsbelt Green was situated on Prefsbelt IV, underneath the Twelve Mounts. Upon finishing their studies at the Prefsbelt Naval Academy, midshipmen were transported via hovertrain from the Twelve Mounts' Incline to the lively Prefsbelt Green. From there, they would use a skyhook to reach Prefsbelt Black in order to obtain their deployment instructions and warship postings.
