Port Tarkin, situated on the Outer Rim world of Phelarion, served as both the primary spaceport and the leading urban center. Lady Thalassa Tarkin bestowed the name upon it in honor of her cherished spouse, Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin, subsequent to his demise during the Battle of Yavin.
