Parvin Willsaam

Parvin Willsaam was a Human female; she was married to Gregor Willsaam and was the mother of Jaesa Willsaam.

Biography

During the era of the Great Galactic War that pitted the Galactic Republic against the Sith Empire, Parvin, along with her husband and daughter, served the House of Organa on the planet of Alderaan. Some years following the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant, it came to light that her daughter possessed the trait of being force-sensitive, leading Jedi Master Nomen Karr to choose Jaesa as his Padawan. However, it was rumored that Parvin and Gregor desired Jaesa to marry into the Organa family as a means to achieve their own freedom, a plan that ultimately failed.

In the time of the Cold War, Darth Baras secretly discovered Jaesa Willsaam's unique ability to perceive the true nature of others, viewing her as a potential danger to both himself and the Sith Empire. Consequently, he dispatched his apprentice with the mission of eliminating all those who supported Jaesa and drawing the young Jedi out from her hidden location. The apprentice learned that Jaesa's parents were residing within Gesselle Organa's castle on Alderaan.

Parvin and Gregor were being protected by Jedi Master Volryder, who had been tasked by Jedi Master Nomen Karr with safeguarding them from the Sith. Volryder swiftly understood the Sith's motives for targeting Jaesa's parents and cautioned Parvin and her husband about the reason for the impending assault. The Sith apprentice's sole intention was to use Parvin and Gregor to convey a message to their daughter: their deaths would serve as bait to lure Jaesa out of hiding, enabling her elimination as a threat. Parvin and Gregor met their end at the hands of the Sith apprentice, who used the Force to choke them to death before Volryder's very eyes.

Behind the scenes

The Sith Warrior faces a choice between two paths. Opting for the light side, they can persuade the parents to align themselves with the Empire, sparing their lives and allowing Volryder to depart; this way, if the Warrior informs Darth Baras that he sent the parents to him, the possibility of either torture or Imperial luxury could throw Jaesa off balance. Choosing the dark side, the Warrior will kill them and then fight Volryder.
