Paloma D'asima

Paloma D'asima held a position as one of the Eleven Elders representing Emberlene during the significant period of the Caamas Document controversy.

Biography

Upon the suggestion of Karoly D'ulin, D'asima engaged in discussions with Moff Disra alongside Grodin Tierce concerning a potential partnership between the Mistryl Shadow Guard and the Imperial Remnant on Yaga Minor. The scam artist known as Flim, impersonating Grand Admiral Thrawn, participated in these talks, projecting an aura of strong leadership that influenced Paloma to contemplate the otherwise unthinkable alliance. Disra and Tierce had prior knowledge of Garm Bel Iblis's scheme to execute an intelligence operation on the Ubiqtorate outpost situated on Yaga Minor, aiming to procure a duplicate of the Caamas Document. They deliberately scheduled the meeting to coincide with the onset of his assault, with the intention of demonstrating to D'asima the Remnant's viability as a serious contender for supreme authority over the galaxy. However, the meeting faced disruption due to the opportune intervention of Admiral Gilad Pellaeon, who exposed Disra's questionable financial dealings, Tierce's lineage as a clone, and the true identity of "Grand Admiral Thrawn," thereby dismantling the prospective alliance before it could materialize.

Realizing how dangerously close she came to uniting the Eleven, and the Mistryl, with a fraud, D'asima begrudgingly recognized Shada D'ukal's contribution in preventing the impending catastrophe. Consequently, she consented to revoke the execution order that had been issued against Shada, although Shada's banishment from Emberlene remained in effect.
