Omze'kehr Kahr, often simply referred to as Omze, was a member of the Sludir species and the elder sibling of Quintik Kahr.
Omze's journey began in the gladiatorial arena of Loovria, where he wielded a force pike in combat. Among his fellow gladiators were Quintik and the Wookiee warrior Broadside. Whether Omze and Broadside ever clashed in the arena remains uncertain. However, it is documented that Omze's animosity towards Humans originated during this period, particularly targeting gamblers who placed bets on gladiatorial contests, especially those in which he participated.
Ultimately, Omze secured his freedom, paying the price to become a free Sludir. Following this, he embarked on a scheme to infiltrate the databases of Sienar Fleet Systems, located on the planet Byblos. To accomplish this, he enlisted the services of Futor, a Sullustan who had previously served as an information controller for SoroSuub before being dismissed on charges of industrial espionage.

At some point thereafter, Omze acquired a Stelar-class Neutron cruiser, which he repurposed into Omze's Incredible Traveling Starport. He retrofitted the vessel with three expansive docking bays within its holds, each capable of accommodating four small freighters. The decks bustled with free traders offering a diverse array of goods and services. The majority of traders and patrons were alien beings from various species, exhibiting a noticeable aversion to Humans. Among the traders was Wilam Olgreen, the former head of the Olgreen Intelligence Guild during the Clone Wars. He had overseen an illicit droid operation and provided related products and services.
During the Starport's inauguration, Omze received a gift from his brother Quintik (then operating under the alias Big Quince), a Twi'lek slave named Con'varra, who was an outcast from his own settlement on Ryloth. Omze made the decision to liberate Con'varra and offer him a salaried position, providing him with training from the galaxy's foremost hackers and forgers.
The Starport traversed the Mid Rim and the Outer Rim Territories, extending its services and entertainment offerings. Only Omze possessed knowledge of the Starport's itinerary, and he would occasionally order the vessel to abruptly depart a system if he deemed it necessary.
Omze's primary majordomo was Brobius, a Bith responsible for ensuring the comfort of the passengers. The chief mechanic was Golben, a Jillsarian technician. Omze's former comrade Broadside served as the bartender for the Starboard Broadside Club; Omze would often maneuver the Starport to provide patrons of the Club with a scenic view of the surrounding system through its windows. Rumors circulated that Omze had utilized his personal funds to secure Broadside's release from servitude.

Futor managed a databank containing information spanning the entire galaxy, known as Futor's Network. He monetized his information, which was known for its accuracy, timeliness, and high cost. He also maintained a discreet presence in the background.
Security operations were overseen by Ne'Chak, a Rodian mercenary who commanded a squad of Rodian enforcers. He had successfully trained a group of Jawas in both melee and ranged combat for Bantha Traxx on Lianna, which garnered Omze's attention. Felsing, a Wroonian con artist, frequently posed as a noblewoman with a wrongfully imprisoned child, exploiting the kindness of others to gain access to secure areas for theft. She was detected by Ne'Chak's forces on the Starport and narrowly avoided capture.
Following Con'varra's mastery of forgery, he returned to Omze and established Conv'arra's Data Central, offering high-quality forgeries and hacking services through an advanced system capable of replicating nearly any document. Speculation arose that Omze occasionally divulged information about the forgeries to certain governments, particularly when the client was Human.
It was uncommon for patrons of the Starport to encounter Omze directly, yet he maintained personal control over all of the Starport's operations.
Quince met his demise at the hands of Platt Okeefe, a Human smuggler, and her Twi'lek accomplice, Tru'eb Cholakk, during their attempt to evade him. Omze held both of them responsible for his brother's death and developed a deep-seated animosity towards them, especially Okeefe.
