Occo Ninebar was a podracer of the Neelabi species. In his youth, he faced banishment from his water-bound home planet of Neelabi. Occo realized that achieving the status of a podracing champion was the singular path to his repatriation to Neelabi. To realize this ambition, Occo piloted the Enser Flay 254, a vehicle designed to keep him surrounded by water throughout his competitions.
