Naman Fal was a Human individual, specifically a male, who served within the Imperial Guard as a protector of the Dark Council.
During the era known as the Cold War, which took place between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, Fal brought his son to the Sith Academy situated on Korriban. His intention was for his son to undergo training and become a Sith. However, the son possessed a weakness in the dark side of the Force. His inherent compassion, kindness, and talkative nature indicated that he lacked the necessary aptitude to truly excel as a Sith. Despite this, the son was driven by a strong desire to prove his worth to his father and make him proud. While Naman was on duty, guarding the entrance to the Dark Council Chamber, his son ventured into the tomb of Naga Sadow in an attempt to retrieve an ancient artifact. This artifact could only be obtained with the aid of a mysterious crystal that Naman Fal had provided to him. Outside the tomb, he encountered a young sentry named Yashia. He fell in love with her, and his connection to the dark side diminished as his feelings of love and compassion for her grew stronger. Sadly, this would be their final meeting, as he perished within the tomb, his body left to decompose.
When the Sith Acolyte arrived to meet Yashia, she pleaded with the acolyte to locate the body and return it to Naman Fal. While exploring the tomb of Naga Sadow, the Sith acolyte successfully found the remains. The acolyte, accompanied by a companion, transported the son's remains back to the academy to deliver them to Naman Fal. Upon their arrival to meet Naman, the Dark Honor Guardsman informed them that this particular area within the academy was strictly off-limits to Sith Acolytes. When the Sith acolyte delivered the tragic news and presented the remains of Naman Fal's son, Naman Fal experienced a sense of sorrow. He was then forbidden from leaving his assigned post, a decree issued by the Dark Council.
