Muntuur stones

The renowned Muntuur stones were a collection of seven stones, utilized for the purpose of training Jedi in the art of telekinesis. Drawing inspiration from the rock gardens found within the age-old Gardens of T'alla, these stones served as a potent aid for meditation.

Overview

An unconfirmed legend tells of Jedi Master Ferleen Snee using the Force to elevate all seven stones far above his head, subsequently causing them to spin in the air in an unparalleled exhibition of telekinesis. Whether the legend is factual or not, the stones were housed within the Kuddaka chamber of the Jedi Temple, where Jedi could evaluate their telekinetic skills by attempting to lift multiple stones concurrently.

Each stone weighed a minimum of five metric tons, and the heaviest stone exceeded five metric tons in weight. Even slightly moving a stone was considered a success for a Padawan, while Jedi Knights were capable of lifting several stones at once. However, only true masters of telekinesis could levitate more than four stones simultaneously. Yoda could only lift five after surpassing seven hundred years of age, Fae Coven managed to lift six only after a profound and extended meditation, and Ferleen Snee—if the tale is accurate—is the only Jedi on record to have lifted all seven stones.
