This installation was situated in an isolated area of the world Moorja, specifically near the border of decaying wastelands, and its presence was generally concealed from the local inhabitants. The base included a limited number of structures, namely: a command bunker, a pair of prefabricated barracks, several storage buildings, a dining hall, and a vehicle maintenance area. Furthermore, a leveled space was prepared to accommodate aircraft landings.
