Mission to Caarimon

During the age of the Clone Wars, a group of Believers, specifically Sith cultists, ventured to the planet of Caarimon which was located in the Meridian sector. Their objective was to disseminate a deadly virus on the planet, with the intention of eradicating the majority of the native Caarite species. The cultists had previously created this infection within a secret laboratory situated on the planet Genarius. They managed to escape with multiple containers of the virus just before the lab was destroyed by a strike force sent by the Caarite-controlled Metatheran Cartel. Under the leadership of Crymsin Ost, a former Jedi, the Believers made their way to Caarimon. Some of the cultists landed on the planet's surface, while Ost, accompanied by several followers, boarded the orbiting research station known as Creautaa-V and eliminated the entire crew of the station. The ground team then strategically placed a homing beacon along a fault line within the Desolation region of Caarimon. Ost's plan was to crash an escape pod filled with the virus directly onto the transmitter. This would not only release the infection but also trigger a significant environmental disaster. However, the Cularin Militia, a military organization originating from the Cularin system, discovered the plot and deployed a team of freelance agents to Caarimon with the mission of stopping the Believers. These agents successfully landed on the planet, deactivated the transmitter in the Desolation, and then proceeded to board Creautaa-V, where they overcame Ost's team, thereby preventing the impending catastrophe. Shortly thereafter, a celebration took place at the Greentree Pointe resort on the planet Dorumaa to honor the agents and recognize their successful efforts during the mission.
