The New Republic utilized the Mirrin Prime Republic base, located on Mirrin Prime, for military operations. Major Lonno Deso held the position of commanding officer at this base. Three decades following the Battle of Endor, the base served as the home for the T-85 X-wing starfighter squadron known as Rapier Squadron. After some skirmishes involving the First Order, the squadron chose to join the Resistance, becoming a part of the Resistance's Starfighter Corps.
