Mika was a Farghul, the offspring of individuals who peddled death sticks. Furthermore, she operated as a bounty hunter.

In her early years, Mika's parents encountered difficulties with the Jedi. To avoid the cessation of their illicit trade and subsequent imprisonment, they opted to confront the Jedi with lethal force, resulting in their demise. This event instilled in Mika a lifelong resentment towards the Jedi Order. Subsequently, Stroth recruited her into the bounty hunting profession. Over time, she ascended in rank within Crimson Nova, ultimately assuming the role of leader. She also entered into a romantic relationship with a fellow Farghul, specifically Harll.
During the period of the Clone Wars, Mika accepted a bounty from Kh'aris Fenn targeting several Jedi. While the official motivation was financial gain via credits, her underlying objective was vengeance. Jedi Masters Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto, and Saesee Tiin arrived at her base of operations to prevent the fulfillment of this contract, an event that resulted in Harll's death. When Mika refused to yield to the Jedi, Stroth incapacitated her, leading to her capture by the Jedi.
Around the time of the Battle of Yavin, Mika's daughter, Breela, embarked on a career as a bounty hunter. Mirroring her mother, she specialized in the pursuit of Jedi, fueled by personal animosity, and attempted to defeat Kai Justiss.
Original information provided by Lucas Licensing identified Mika as a member of the Cathar species. However, Underworld: A Galaxy of Scum and Villainy later clarified that her correct species was Farghul.
