Marine-speeder

A marine-speeder represented a common form of submersible vehicle found on planets that possessed aquatic ecosystems, for instance, the planet Praya. On Praya, numerous examples of these vehicles were employed in the exploration of submerged vessels and in the pursuit of valuable artifacts.

Behind the scenes

The post-ride queue video, shown on the Tourscan for the Tokyo Disneyland iteration of the initial Star Tours attraction, included references to marine-speeders. These were visually represented by incorporating footage from the Sea Castle alternate ending of the now-defunct Epcot attraction known as Horizons.
