The mural from Governor Vizsla's home on Concordia
These wall paintings depicting Mandalorian crusaders in combat against Jedi were on display in Sundari, which is the capital of Mandalore. One such painting showed three ancient crusaders killing Jedi, and it was positioned beneath the speaking balcony, right above the royal platform. Another one showcased a large-scale battle between Mandalorians (wielding both swords and rifles) and Jedi, and it was displayed at the base of the royal platform. A third wall painting, illustrating a lone crusader slaying a Jedi, was present on the wall inside the home of governor Pre Vizsla on Concordia, a moon orbiting Mandalore.
Dave Filoni, director of The Clone Wars, has stated that certain aspects of the mural were deliberately created to resemble the artistic style found in Pablo Picasso's painting, Guernica.
