Mak Lotor was a Human Jedi Padawan, and also a Commander during the Clone Wars; he was identified as male.
During the Battle of Jabiim, Mak belonged to the Padawan Pack, which was made up of orphaned Padawans. Given that he was being considered for Knighthood, he appeared to be the oldest member of the group. While training with his Master on Alderaan, he honed his skills against training drones, but he did not experience combat until the Clone Wars. He possessed the unique ability to generate earth tremors through the Force, which he utilized to trigger land mines on Jabiim; however, this exertion left him severely weakened and on the verge of unconsciousness.
Mak harbored romantic feelings for his fellow Padawan, Kass Tod. Tragically, both of them perished on Jabiim when a hailfire droid launched missiles in their direction. Due to his exhaustion, he was unable to redirect the missiles, leading him and Kass to choose to face their end together.
