Luko Oorn

Luko Oorn served as the administrator at the Inyusu Tor mineral processing facility, a site located on the volcanic world of Sullust. Everi Chalis, an artist and advisor working for the Galactic Empire, created designs for the facility, and Oorn aided in bringing these designs to life. In appreciation, Chalis presented him with a small sculpted likeness of himself.

When Chalis defected to the Rebel Alliance during 3 ABY, Oorn took the bust out of his office. Around the same time, the Sullustan resistance, a rebel group operating from Sullust, attacked the Inyusu Tor facility. Oorn documented this event in his reports, adding that the rebel cell maintained a presence in the city of Pinyumb.

In the wake of the Battle of Hoth during the same year, Chalis assisted the Rebel Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry in liberating the Inyusu Tor facility. There, Chalis discovered that Oorn's office had been pillaged, with its valuables missing. Hazram Namir, a rebel trooper, suggested that Oorn himself was responsible, carrying out the act when the 61st arrived on Sullust.
