The Lower City Apartments consisted of two intricate layers of impoverished housing and dilapidated residences situated on the ecumenopolis that formed the planet of Taris. Populated mainly by individuals in dire straits or those seeking anonymity, it was typically not a recommended location for the unwary or inexperienced to explore without caution.
During an involuntary sojourn on Taris, Revan found himself in this location. It was here that he observed Calo Nord slay Luugro, as the bounty hunter secured another reward. Subsequently, Revan, accompanied by his allies, purged the region of the petty criminals and ruffians who had established various disreputable enterprises in the vicinity.
The apartments met their end during the destruction of Taris.
Within these two sections of the Lower City, several bounties are available for collection, which can be acquired from Zax the Hutt, who resides in Javyar's Cantina. Moreover, some moderately valuable objects can be retrieved from unattended footlockers.
