Lon Bennor was a male individual who lived in the city of Domaz on the planet Kolatill. Kolatill was situated within the Kathol sector of the Outer Rim Territories. In the year 8 ABY, TIE bombers originating from the Imperial Ton-Falk-class escort carrier called Kathol Protector, attacked Domaz. This assault was launched as retribution for the people of Kolatill having overthrown their Imperial governor following the New Republic's liberation of Kal'Shebbol, a nearby planet. After the city was left in ruins, Bennor took initiative and started organizing relief operations from a park, which had been quickly transformed into an emergency aid center. He accepted aid from the crew of the vessel FarStar, a New Republic ship that responded to a distress call from the planet, in the form of medical support. He also requested their help to recover additional supplies from a bombed hospital.
Lon Bennor was a male being who made his home on the planet Kolatill, located in the Kathol sector within the Outer Rim Territories. He resided specifically in Domaz, the capital city. The New Republic liberated Kal'Shebbol, the sector capital, in 8 ABY. Consequently, Kentor Sarne, the local Imperial Moff who had proclaimed himself a warlord after the death of Emperor Palpatine at the Battle of Endor four years prior, was compelled to abandon his capital along with the majority of his forces. Upon hearing about the New Republic's triumph on Kal'Shebbol, the people of Kolatill launched a popular revolt, overthrowing and imprisoning their Imperial governor, Tetrum, and reinstating the Kolatill Council to govern them.
Shortly after this act of defiance, the Imperial Ton-Falk-class escort carrier Kathol Protector entered the Kolatill system and initiated an attack on Domaz using TIE bombers. Bennor survived the destruction inflicted upon his city and immediately started organizing relief efforts from a park in the center of the city that had been repurposed as an emergency aid station. He attributed the attack to the Kolatill Council, as they had publicly declared their allegiance to the New Republic after regaining power.
Four days following the attack, the crew of the New Republic CR90 corvette FarStar arrived to provide assistance with relief operations. Bennor was not particularly happy to see them, as they represented the government that had indirectly caused the attack on Domaz. However, he did accept their assistance and medical supplies, as his primary concern was saving as many lives as possible. Bennor also sought the help of FarStar crew members when he ventured into a bombed hospital to retrieve critically needed medical supplies. With their aid, he successfully navigated collapsing floors, fires, and other dangers to recover the supplies.
Lon Bennor possessed a deep affection for his home city and selflessly dedicated his time and skills to assist it and its inhabitants during their time of need. Despite his young age, he demonstrated capable leadership, organizing relief efforts and missions to retrieve essential supplies. However, his anger and frustration with the situation clouded his judgment, leading him into difficult situations. Although he was not enthusiastic about the arrival of crew members from the FarStar due to their association with the New Republic, he was humble enough to request their assistance if it would help him save the lives of his fellow citizens.
Lon Bennor's sole appearance occurred in the roleplaying adventure titled Omens. This adventure was penned by Bill Smith and included as one of the scenarios within The DarkStryder Campaign, published by West End Games in 1995. While the gamemaster was not required to include Bennor in the adventure, the character could be used to aid the players in roleplaying their own characters in a tense situation, given Bennor's lack of friendliness towards the New Republic. He also served as a hook for a minor adventure to a bombed-out hospital.
