Limm Nix, a significant figure within the Alliance to Restore the Republic, achieved the rank of major. He participated in the Battle of Corrdair amidst the Galactic Civil War, around or before the year 1 BBY, opposing the forces of the Galactic Empire. In this battle, he faced the Empire's bipedal All Terrain Missile Platform walkers, or AT-MPs. During this encounter, in what became his last communication, Major Nix jokingly remarked that the All Terrain Missile Platforms resembled the undersized offspring of the All Terrain Scout Transport, which was itself a bipedal walker. Nix chuckled, dismissing any perceived danger from the AT-MPs. Unexpectedly, Nix was taken aback by an unforeseen event, cutting off his transmission.
The in-game databank entry for the "AT-MP (All Terrain Missile Platform)" in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, a video game by LucasArts available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms, which saw its release in 2010, referenced Limm Nix.
