Lenico Colony Blue was a space station utilized for medical treatments; it orbited the planet known as Lenico IV, situated in the Outer Rim Territories.
The Hutt named Baron-Surgeon Ybann was in command of the station during the era of the Great Galactic War. Following her desertion of her master, the renegade Sith apprentice Exal Kressh made her way to the station. Subsequently, the Sith apprentice Teneb Kel (also known as Darth Thanaton) arrived, seeking Kressh. Kel sought an audience with Ybann; however, the Hutt's security droids initiated an attack on the Sith, prompting him to eliminate them. Subsequently, Ybann offered an apology and informed Kel that Kressh had arrived at the station several weeks prior, but had since vanished.
In reality, Kressh was being kept in stasis aboard the colony. After emerging from stasis, she disclosed to Kel that she had voluntarily entered stasis to evade the Emperor's mental influence. A duel ensued between the two throughout the station, during which Kel was swiftly defeated. Kel barely managed to escape, and Kressh, in a desperate attempt to capture Kel, compromised the colony's orbital stabilizers. As a consequence of this damage, the colony plummeted and disintegrated within the atmosphere of Lenico IV.
