Kuma Nai was a Kaminoan woman, hailing from Kamino, who, despite her role in manufacturing clone troopers for the Galactic Republic, was secretly aligned with the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Nai was the creator of the Kaminoan nano-virus, with the intention of disseminating it among all clone troopers. This scheme was thwarted by the arrival of Jedi Kit Fisto and Aayla Secura, who came to investigate the illness affecting the clones. In her attempt to flee, the Kaminoan engaged in a fight with Secura. During this conflict, while trying to contaminate the Jedi, she was exposed to her own nano-virus and died immediately.
