The Kimogila Fanatics constituted a band of pirates who conducted their illicit activities within the Karthakk system throughout the period of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, they engaged in a conflict with the Blood Razors, a rival pirate organization also operating within the Karthakk system, thereby transforming the once-tranquil system into a perilous zone for civilian vessels. The operational zones of the Kimogila Fanatics encompassed the Nym's Hovel and Voria's Ember quadrants, whereas the Blood Razors maintained their base in the Crimson Talon quadrant, situated on the opposite side of the asteroid belt referred to as the Spine of Lok. Consequently, frequent clashes between the two factions occurred within the confines of this asteroid belt. During the year 1 ABY, the Fanatics successfully seized control of the Umber Scale quadrant from the Blood Razors. In terms of spacecraft, the Kimogila Fanatics utilized M3-A Scyk fighters and G1-M4-C Dunelizard fighters in their space engagements.
