Kevin Thomsen

Kevin Thomsen functions as both a director and a producer, having taken on these roles for a multitude of Star Wars audiobooks and audio dramas.

His initial foray into the Star Wars galaxy, which also marked his second audiobook project, was as the director of the 1995 audio drama adaptation of Tom Veitch's comic book series, specifically Tales of the Jedi: Knights of the Old Republic and its follow-up, Tales of the Jedi: The Freedon Nadd Uprising.

Subsequently, Thomsen took on the roles of both producer and director for the abridged audiobook versions of the original trilogy novelizations; these were released prior to the Tales of the Jedi adaptations, even though they were recorded later. Later on, Thomsen began a collaboration with Random House, culminating in his involvement in the creation of over 150 Star Wars audiobooks.
