The Kessel system, alternatively referred to as the Kessa system, existed within the Kessel sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy, and was a star system. It housed celestial bodies such as Kessel, famous for its spice mines, and Oba Diah, which served as the base of operations for the illicit Pyke Syndicate.
