The JS-77B interstellar shuttle, produced by the Sublight Products Corporation, was a highly adaptable and widely used spacecraft.
Despite possessing a hyperdrive, this shuttle lacked an integrated navigation computer. Instead, it utilized its internal computer systems, capable of retaining navigational computations for a range of 10 to 20 jumps, but requiring consistent updates from an external navigation computer. Primarily employed for corporate purposes, it could accommodate a maximum of six passengers on shorter journeys. However, for trips exceeding 24 hours, the passenger count was generally limited to four individuals. This particular type of spacecraft was frequently observed in the Radra system.
Entry to the shuttle was facilitated via its front ramp, with the command module (designated as A on the deck plan) being isolated from the passenger area. The command section also incorporated the gun emplacement. The passenger area (marked as B on the deck plan) featured a two-berth crew cabin located at the front, along with an attached kitchen/utility space. Towards the rear, there were two additional berths, partially shielded for privacy. Positioned behind this area was the refresher, a storage space for a vacuum suit, and an airlock (identified as C on the deck plan). The cargo bay entrance (labeled E on the deck plan) was conveniently situated directly opposite the ramp entrance, allowing for simplified cargo loading.
