The Sizhran Family was a noble lineage of Falleen individuals hailing from their homeworld, also called Falleen, which is a planet. This family consisted of Haxim and his spouse, their two male offspring—one being the Dark Prince Xizor—and two female offspring.
Xizor rose to the position of Underlord within the Black Sun criminal organization. At the time that Darth Vader commanded the sterilization of Falleen in 7 BBY, resulting in the deaths of most of his relatives, Xizor was not present on the planet. Among those who perished were three of Xizor's paternal uncles.
