Hemdil Tre was a male Arcona historian who lived during the Galactic War. A scholar of great renown, he dedicated the majority of his existence to the study of history on his native planet, Cona. As the respected Esteemed Professor of Military Antiquity, he meticulously chronicled the complete military history of the Grand Nest. Upon the commencement of the war against Zakuul in 3631 BBY, Hemdil, also a skilled marksman with blasters, resolved to document the deeds of the Commander leading the Anti-Zakuul Alliance. At the behest of Theron Shan, he journeyed to Hoth to observe the function of the Hoth Star Fortress in the battles unfolding below. When the Alliance Commander arrived with the intention of eliminating the Star Fortress shield bunker, Hemdil Tre volunteered his support, forming a united front from the Hoth settlers who desired the Star Fortress's destruction. He aided the commander in attacking and demolishing the shield bunker. Following this, he went to Odessen, where he officially enlisted with the Alliance after the destruction of the Star Fortress.
