Grizzlefur, a crazed narglatch, made its home on Naboo throughout the time of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, Grizzlefur and its group resided close to the wreckage of a downed shuttle located within the Gallo Mountains. Tanoa Vills put in a request for a spacer to take out the narglatches, Grizzlefur included, at the crash location so that research gear could be recovered.
Grizzlefur was featured in Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, in 2003, before its shutdown on December 15, 2011. The introduction of Grizzlefur to the game happened as part of the "Legacy Quest" when "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," was released on November 15, 2005.
