During an encounter at Yarrum Tower involving Corr Taldaan and the Comet Runners during the High Republic Era, they stumbled upon the pirate Taborr Val Dorn. Val Dorn was boasting about Jedi artifacts that he had pilfered from the droid 0G-LC. Subsequently, the Comet Runners relieved Val Dorn of the artifacts, intending to sell them on Crescent Island. However, their plans were disrupted by Val Dorn, in conjunction with Jedi Initiates Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs.
