Garrick Hagon, a Canadian actor born in Britain, played the role of Biggs Darklighter in the movie A New Hope. Having grown up in Toronto, Canada, he works as an actor in theater, television, and movies.
Sci-fi enthusiasts also recognize him for his role as Ky in Doctor Who's The Mutants storyline (1972). He made a return appearance to Doctor Who in 2012, portraying Abraham in the episode titled "A Town Called Mercy".
Hagon has lent his voice to various projects, such as the radio drama Judge Dredd: Jihad, where he played a crazed clone of Toby Longworth's Joseph Dredd. He also voiced Goemon Ishikawa XIII in the 1996 Manga Video dub of Lupin III: The Mystery of Mamo and Lupin III: Bye Bye Liberty Crisis, and a Joker clone (with Mark Hamill, another Star Wars veteran, as the original Joker) in the 2015 video game Batman: Arkham Knight.
