Fo Skoolan was a Mon Calamari who served as a captain within the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Navy. He once commanded the heavily modified MC80 Star Cruiser known as Home One, leading his forces in a raid against a warship. During the conflict, the attacking force decimated the defending RZ-1 A-wing interceptors and X-wing starfighters, then boarded the Mon Calamari cruiser. They proceeded to kill multiple Rebel troopers before finally arriving at Skoolan's location, the ship's briefing room, where additional soldiers defended him as he remained in a water container, the "splash zone."
After the Rebel soldiers were defeated, Skoolan personally engaged the invaders. He initially fought them unarmed, but later used an E-11/S blaster rifle and subsequently a Flamethrower. Ultimately, the attackers overcame him and seized control of the Home One. Skoolan had brown skin, was wearing a Mon Calamari fleet officer uniform, and demonstrated proficiency with blasters, flamethrowers, and hand-to-hand combat.
Fo Skoolan is featured in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, a non-canon video game that was released in 2022. Within the game, players can locate the Home One in the space surrounding Endor space, Yavin space, or Hoth space. To proceed, they must eliminate the various starfighters that are guarding it and then infiltrate the vessel. Once inside, players must battle through waves of Rebel soldiers until they reach the briefing room, where they encounter Skoolan. If the player manages to defeat the Mon Calamari, they unlock the ability to purchase the vessel.
