Jeng Seth founded the gang, which became well-known for its extreme cruelty and brutality. The Skulls frequently encountered issues with the Galactic Empire, the Rebel Alliance, and numerous media outlets. A common tactic of The Skulls involved deliberately driving their Swoop Bikes into crowds of civilians, either to create diversions for law enforcement or simply to sow chaos. Their rivals were The Knights.
Prior to his involvement with the Black Sun criminal organization, Zekka Thyne was a gang member. The Nebulon-Q Swoop Racer was the preferred vehicle of The Skulls.
