A Sela group retrieves Cargo containers using TIE Defender prototypes. As part of the "Arms Race" during the Galactic Civil War, Imperial Grand Admiral Zaarin made use of three Cargo Ferries known as Sela. The Sela Cargo Ferries were tasked with transporting TIE Defender prototypes to a meeting point with the Escort Carrier Hininbirg, which was en route to Coruscant for examination by Emperor Palpatine. Early in their voyage, the Ferries Sela were assaulted by Rebel starfighters in the vicinity of XQ6 Platform Research, but Imperial TIE Avengers successfully defended against the assault.
