Pandemic logo Pandemic Studios, a company that developed video games, had locations in Los Angeles, California, and Brisbane, Australia. Josh Resnick and Andrew Goldman established it in 1998. Pandemic was the studio behind the creation of many Star Wars video games, including _Star Wars: The Clone Wars_, Star Wars: Battlefront, and Star Wars: Battlefront II.
Pandemic Studios revealed a collaboration with BioWare, the creators of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, on November 3, 2005. Even though they shared ownership and combined their skills for game development, each company kept its own staff and brand identity.
Pandemic had a staff of more than 250 programmers, artists, and designers in 2006.
Electronic Arts made public the closing of Pandemic Studios on November 17, 2009.
