Mod-3 on the Guardian Mantis. Mod-3 represents an R2-series astromech droid that belonged to Vana Sage. She owned him while employed by the Trade Federation in the era preceding the Battle of Naboo. He functioned as Sage's astromech during flights and her co-pilot on her starship, known as the Guardian Mantis. Due to being directly connected, Mod-3 was permanently installed within the ship and could not be detached.
